Cindy MacGray moved here from California in 2000 and has worked within the Steamboat real estate industry since 2000. Her altruistic style and approach to buying and selling real estate is genuine – her clients choose her specifically for that reason. Cindy’s innate nurturing ways help guide clients through the web of real estate madness. Family ties have brought Cindy to understand the construction and development side of the business. She has been involved in several projects from start to finish and has found that real estate, like construction, requires strong communication and problem solving skills. For every task she encounters she approaches it with hard work and a positive attitude. Cindy’s love for Colorado began in her early years in Nebraska when her family vacationed every summer in the Rocky Mountains. She and her husband Scott, feel very privileged to live in an area that is so easy going, friendly and incredibly beautiful. She would love to help you with any questions and needs you might have as you consider investing in Steamboat, or making Steamboat your permanent home or your new “home away from home”.

In 2014, Charis, her husband, and her two sons moved to Steamboat Springs to be near Charis’ family and enjoy life in this idyllic mountain town. That move was a dream-come-true. Since 2015, Charis has been living another dream-come-true by teaming up with her mom, Cindy MacGray, to help connect people with the mountain lifestyle that she loves so much. Charis’ excellence as an administrative professional has been proven over 12 years of experience spanning the non-profit, legal, finance, and real estate markets. Like Cindy, Charis appreciates that buying or selling a home is much more than a transaction–it’s often a major life event. Few things give her more satisfaction than knowing that a client has had a great experience–not just with the final product, but every step along the way.

  • I was just reading an article about how many homes go in to foreclosure that won’t sell and it reminded me how lucky I was, thanks again for everything, without your help I could not have done it!

  • Hooray!!! Thank you all so VERY much…you are awesome!! Can’t begin to tell you what this means to us to have this finalized before it went to foreclosure. It was all a very unfortunate situation, but with your help and determination, the outcome couldn’t have been much better. We want to thank you for all your determination and hard work. It made a terrible journey less painful.

  • My wife and I have moved 14 times over the past 33 years. Each time we have moved it is a challenge to find an agent that will listen to our needs and show us homes that meet those needs. Cindy not only listened to our needs but held our hand through a very difficult closing process. She was always there to support us and help work through the issues. She is a true professional!

  • I found Cindy while searching for a future retirement home in Steamboat Springs over the internet. I contacted several agents via email, and Cindy’s response was the most timely and personable of all the agents who responded. When we met her in person, we were not disappointed. She showed us houses that fell within our criteria and walked us through the process of buying a bank owned home. We could not have been more pleased with our home buying experience, thanks to Cindy.
